Introduction to Machine Products

The 2.6-meter logs are transported to the storage rack using a forklift. The logs undergo head-to-head alignment and fixed-length cutting through an automatic feeding system (the cut-off wooden handles and wood chips are conveyed to the storage area for unified processing). After the cutting process, the logs are fed singly through an automatic feeding system and enter an automatic peeling and rounding machine for peeling and rounding (the waste from the rounding process is conveyed to the storage area for unified treatment). After rounding is completed, the logs are automatically divided into two parts for wood feeding, and then enter a rotary saw machine for single-board rotary cutting (4*2 feet single boards). The remaining wood cores from the rotary cutting process are conveyed to the storage area for unified packaging processing. After rotary cutting is completed, the single boards are conveyed to an automatic palletizing machine for palletizing (the pallet height is 1200mm).
